Umm . . . why would Stifle your own enters-the-battlefield trigger? Just use Torpor Orb, and then four Muddle the Mixture to find it.

Ah. Good addition. But just Torpor Orb won't do. The more trigger counters, the more likely one will have a good hand to start with.
Not to mention that Voidslime is versatile in many aspects considering its counterspell capability.
