So I love simc and everything its about. when i saw the synergy between kiora's follower, vorel, nykthos, and even elvish mystic i figured it would be a really fun deck to play.
Basically you're going to stack up biomancer effects for either huge elementals with master of waves, a, close to ready, sage of hours, or an already big kalonian hydra. After you've made your big drops, start doubling up with vorel. Either take a few extra turns to build up devotion for an even bigger MoW or to make rediculous counters with kalonian and vorel, or you can just slam away at them with what youve got out already.
