Deck discussion for Biovisio-win!

Replace fog with druid deliverance. Populating that crackling counterpart token is worth it. Also archeomancer gives you as many 1/2 creatures as you can pay for at instant speed with crackling counterpart. Then with a token copy of archeomancer druids deliverance gives you infinite fog.i

You know, Rite of Replication could be very helpful. If you have master biomancer in play, it's another way to win, especially if you use Rite of Replication on master biomancer. =D

Master biomancer is a good idea :) Rite of replication cost a lot for a instant win with Biovisionary :P

With the master biomancers in here the combo i mentioned earlier is even better, as it is 3/4's at instant speed. Actually you know what im gonna make my own blue green deck, you have inspired me.i

Why do you take the Arbor Elf...That always intrigue me?
I wanna know cause I find Elvish mystic better :)

Well you can untap breeding pool and re-use it for either a g or u. I'd run 4 breeding pools if I were to use arbor elf, but I only have 2 atm so I only put 2 in the build.

Ok ok :) I don't have the budget for that but one day if I have I will change my elves! Great idea!

You could use voyaging satyr in the theros block if you want something similar. He cost one more than arbor elf but you untap target land so it works for hinterland harbor as well. Though, Joraga might be better in this case, since he can make the mystics produce two g. I've just never been a fan of the leveling ability.

Completely fogot about birds of paradise for ramp as well.

Arbor elf is also nice if you have those enchantments that when you tap enchanted land for mana, you add an additional of any color to your mana pool. Then, you can tap arbor elf, untap the land, and get two more mana, rather than just one.

Well it is done a rough draft of my "evolving populations" deck. Thought would come here and give credit where credit is due.iI

Phyrexian Metamorph is better than Clone. it allows you to copy pesky artifacts they may have as well as their creatures.

Not a bad idea man! :)

I love it!
My only problem is how do you protect biovisionary against control, ex: supreme verdict? And can you win before aggro decks can drop your life to 0?

against aggro there is druids deliverance, thragtusk, and master biomancer. The biomancer may not look it but that extra +2 generally pushes the weinies in the deck to be to big for aggro to deal with. Against control, go off before they wipe with mirror weave. Which really is pretty easy.

Oh, thanks, sorry for my stupid question, I wasn't thinking clearly yesterday
I was just about to comment back, I playtested it and what do you think of deck search, like chord of calling and yisan, the wanderer bard, because half of the time, I don't get the biomancer until late game and I have to copy a thragtusk to stay alive, especially against flying, or the copy spells just sit in my hand

hmmm, well cord of calling could definitely improve the deck. The real question is what to take out. I suppose my first instinct is to get rid of 1 thagtusk 1 metamorph and both rite of replications.

That sounds like the best choice you can make, however hard it is to choose
