Karthrus tyrant of jund would work. If i were you. I wouldnt worry about nissa or any elves. The elvish pipers are a great idea. And instead of coat of arms. Crucible of fire works well. Weaker dragons combined with crucible of fire give a great defense in the early go.
Yeah i wasnt really sure abou the elves, but when i played it it actually worked pretty well, they elves come quick allowing for advantage trying to get the dragons out
