I've really liked Kaladesh's vehicles, but haven't really known what to do with them. This essentially requires you to crew vehicles with your creatures. Sometimes you will have to crew vehicles, and crew them to use an even bigger vehicle. I am keeping this deck standard, and I almost always try to keep my decks under 30$. I mainly used kaladesh and aether revolt. I'd be willing to use shadows over innistrad or eldritch moon. If you use it and want to add battle for zendikar or oath of the gatewatch, that's fine, but I didn't since they'll be rotating out soon.
The creatures are for crewing the vehicles. The vehicles are the main form of attacking/blocking, but the creatures can serve backup. The two modification enchantments are for your own creatures/vehicles, while the other two enchantments are for semi-removal of your opponents creatures.
