I have found that liliana helps my vampire deck more than sorin and i have tried both.Maybe find some room for that blade of the ghet card because your vampires will be tuff to kill.

i would also remove 2 vampire hexmage and replace with 2 guul draz vampire for late game to finish
Frankly, you should run a playset of Bloodwitches and at least two Bloodgast. There's a ton of white out there right now and you can almost never get rid of Bloodgast.
