Gravedigger or Ghoulraiser might be helpful too, maybe instead of Butcher Ghoul?

Ah, I see that now. You may be interested in Victimize then. Sacrifice one Messenger (or other creature) and bring back two. I like the title now, very clever.

Play exhume early on and you opponent rarely has anything in their graveyard. I'd suggest entomb but it is very expensive cash wise. But I run them and love them. Entomb a fatty then exhume it. Sheoldred is nice because she pulls stuff out of your graveyard without relying on drawing reanimator cards. With buried alive you can sink tons of fattys in and bring out each turn with her.

I like to run Oona's Prowler for it's discard ability in case I draw something I need in my graveyard. I also run
Oona's Gatewarden, it's cheap and a flying defender but the wither makes players think twice about attacking. Those two make good early defenders plus cannon fodder. You can also discard the dread return then play it for it's flashback.

I also like to run It that Betrays and some Pathrazer of Ulamogs. With It that Betrays plus the Pathrazer of Ulamogs annihilator, plus Sheoldred's ability that makes opponents sacrifice their creatures and you end up with all them while wiping your opponent out.

Then of course if you don't do mono black you can just reanimate Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur and/or Iona, Shield of Emeria usually on turn three or four and your opponent will just give up, or die in a turn or two.

I mean you called your deck a reanimator deck, if that's so then why, as you say it "The only real target for reanimation in this deck is Geralf's Messenger." Any way I'm just a big reanimator fan which is why I looked at your deck. I've thrown out ideas on how I do my reanimator deck if they help great, if it's not what your going for that's fine too.

There are a lot of better reanimator cards out there. Exhume, Dread Return, Buried Alive, Sheoldred.

How is your second Myr Retriever free? Do you have to have Urza's Incubator out as well?

That's a good idea, also I just found Phalanx Leader. I'm thinking he'll make a good target for my enchantments and then he'll beef up everything else I got on the field.

I agree with everything that's been said. Intriguing looking concept but could stand for cheaper creatures. I'm not a white deck player much, anyone know of some good creatures?

Liking this deck, probably will make a version of my own. Thanks for posting it.

Wouldn't Liliana of the Dark Realms be a better choice for this deck?

Okay so what am not seeing with Griselbrand? I just don't get it. Is it the draw power?

Are you sure you want to only rely on super heavy creatures and reanimaton? Don't get me wrong I love reanimator. I'm working on a mono black one if you have any ideas for it Id love to hear them. http://www.mtgvault.com/stylee19/decks/best-reanimator-help-me/

Though I guess if all your running is reanimation spells you could ignore my concern. I just like to run a couple early game interference moves. Like Bloodghast or nether traitor. Then I also don't see the appeal of Griselband. I know he helps with draw power, but it costs life. Sure he has life link to recover it but what if your opponent has flyers or creature removal. I for one prefer Lord of the Void. But that my be a matter of tastes. I like to reanimate my opponents creatures from the grave and he helps me do that.

What does it matter if you can guess your cards. You need your set to pull of your combo. I've never been lucky enough to draw six out of the seven cards I need in my first draw. What kind of shuffling goes on in your group? I think Puschkin has a point. Maybe your are blessed by the gods and luck favors you so you draw what you need when you need it. But me I do what Puschkin says. I focus on synergy and library manipulation.

Have you considered Lilian's Caress instead of Megrim. It does the same thing for less mana cost.

This looks like a really fun deck. I like it man.

Wish Emrakul's extra turn would work but looks like Artix is right. But this looks like a fun deck, I might have to try it out.

I saw the thrumming stones and was suggesting reducing their number, if nothing else add more rats in their place. But that's just my opinion.

I gotta say calling it five dollar blitz when it costs at least twice as much is misleading and kinda illegitimizes the term "five dollar."
