Deck discussion for Scion Ur Dragon advice?

Welp, this is my first attempt at a Scion of the Ur-Dragon EDH deck, so it's probably crap.
Comments are quite welcome.

You seem to have a lot of good stuff additions that are unnecessary and not really enough dragons to choose from with SCUD IMO.

Valakut and Emeria really don't belong in the deck. You barely have enough to trigger them if you get all the basics/duals out at once which is not going to happen in a game. These will only ever be active with Chromatic Lantern or Prismatic Omen out which makes them mostly dead draws and extremely vulnerable to a board wipe.

You need more ways to recycle the dragons like Reito Lantern to reuse them or protect against GY hate.

With only 10 dragons in the deck, Kaalia isn't a very strong choice. The odds are very low that you'll ever have a dragon to drop in with her, especially with you pulling them out with SCUD.

You could benefit from some additonal enchantment hate. If anyone plays something like Leyline of the Void or Rest in Peace, you'll be screwed and only have a couple answers available.
