This is an especially aggressive counter burn deck, getting in early damage with delver and vexing devil and getting in the last few points with snapcaster mage and guttersnipe.
It plays pretty much the way it looks, turn one vexing devil or delver, then continuing to match threats with delvers and vexing devils while leaving mana open for snapcaster mages and counterspells. Rewind is especially useful in this regard, letting the pilot answer a threat and then reply with their own, or deal with another threat. The sideboard contains cards to deal with more controlling decks, Ral Zareck, Dispel, and Turn//Burn to deal with thragtusks and restoration angels. Essence scatter is also useful against aggressive creature strategies, disrupting their turn two play.
