I'm trying to stay away from black here, because few of my friends have anti-black decks. Even having a single swamp might be disastrous to my build. So in attempts to stay away from that treachery, I decided to stay away from my dark side. I know it's horrible, but no black swamps can be around in this deck.The idea behind this deck originated few months ago, when a few mill cards destroyed my chances of winning the game. When I saw bonehoard I instantly thought this be a kill card. A lot of work into it, I love comments because I'm still new to this game. You guys have helped out so much already. By the way trying to keep the overall deck costs under $25. I put the planes Walker in the sideboard to save on costs.
How would you play this deck? Maybe there's an idea that I haven't already thought of. Basically the idea is to destroy his/her library and power up a few creatures in the process. Please comment.

It goes without saying that Jaces/Tamiyo would help but if this is budget we can work from there.Not having black or control seems like an incredibly dangerous proposition. Against a reanimator deck, this deck is toast. Against another mill deck (Nephalia Control or Hedronfall) this will lose as well. Things you could use though if you just want every card to be mill (which seems redundant and unsafe). Broken Ambitions is a milling counterspell. Lich Lord Unx is a zombie mill lord but he's 1UB and UUBB to activate the relevant ability. Without any real draw aside from Merfolk Looter, Jace's Erasure is exceedingly slow. If you're able to rearrange the top card on an opponent's deck (something like Dimir Charm but not black), Mindshrieker is incredibly powerful. Brain Freeze would be an obvious win condition. Or with black, a lethal zombie attack and then Go for the Throat on Undead Alchemist after they don't declare blockers is useful. And most importantly, Psychic Spiral or Lab Maniac since you have so much self mill anyhow, might as well just mill yourself to victory.
think you will get serious mana wash... try a few sample hands and see...
see you're trying to make a mill deck. consider mindcrank, grindclock, dream twist, chill of foreboding, dreadwaters, stern mentor +galvanic alchemist soulbind combo... not all of these cards are that great
Thanks guys, I put a lot of work in this deck. I did intend for this to be a low-budget deck. Keep costs low I put the planes Walker in the sideboard. Got rid of a lot of the self Mill. And put in some more control. Is there anything else I can do?
