No because lavamancer eats away at the graveyard. He's a perfectly fine card but they do different things. P&K is red lingering souls in terms of what it provides for the deck against fair strategies.

My advice is helpful. Modern is an extremely fast format right now that destroys decks that are slow. My advice would be to atleast play some police cards in these colors so your strategy can go off. Otherwise you do nothing against tier 1-2 strats most games.
The curve is really bad on this deck.
Deceiver has a WAY better ability. The ability to hit lands is very important. Just imho there should be a 2/2 split between them.
I was talking about Deceiver Exarch which is what should be in place of bounding krasis in some number.
Deceiver should be in here in some number. It doesn't die to bolt and it can tap anything.
