yea this deck was supposed to be mono blue but I couldn't find any good blue creatures that don't have: (TAP)draw 1 card discard 1 card so that slowed down the making of the deck a lot so for now its a WIP
Confused. You are looking for creatures that do or do not have that ability? Merfolk Looters have that.Archivist is a good draw creature. Good luck.
