A mono blue control deck with a Frost Titan/Guile wincon. It's mostly counterspells and stuff that will make your opponent go insane, and that's fun to witness. Let me know if you think any changes should be made.
This one is fun. Your opponent has a super strong creature? Counter it. A monster sorcery? Like it was never there. And all the while spending less on casting the spells because of Baral and smacking their faces with Guile and Frost Titan. Bribery is for their own wincon so you can use it against them.

I like the idea, I may very well add that.
turn 3 you can just bounce their land back every turn, if youg et two booms and scepters out you can actually start to put the enemy behind on land drops =D
Maybe add guile and take the cards that you counter
