It's a pretty easy deck idea. Use Adarkar Valkyrie to target Village Bell-Ringer and sacrifice it to one of the Altars as many times as you need and Fireball your way to victory. The tutor cards are obviously there for searching for your key cards, and Prismite is for if you just can't draw Phyrexian Altar and are stuck with Ashnod's. If you replace Mishra's Workshop with something else, this deck is actually halfway affordable.
