Deck Description

Once I saw the Hedron-Field Purists when they came out, I knew they were a match made in MTG heaven with Pestilence. Here's the result:

Basically, once a Purist gets out there, all you have to do is level it once and it prevents any Pestilence (or the Demon or Crypt Rats) damage to yourself, AND keeps all your creatures safe as well. Although this works against the Stuffy Doll, the Stuffy Doll is in there as a backup plan should you not get any Purists onto the battlefield.

*I'm looking for a better card to use instead of Consume Spirit, Lifelink maybe? Let me know your thoughts.

Pestilence Demon is Ok, it is a little expensive tho, most ofthe time its going to be a card taking up space in your hand or a card you draw that you wished you didn't.

tainted sigil is kinda neat, not bad for multiplayer for sure.
Lifelink, spiritlink, work well on the stuffy doll. I went with Spirit Loop for my deck, you can use it on you oppenets creature untill a stuffy comes out, kill te creature and get it back. ect

Soul link is cool too, as it wirks on any creature
urza's armor is not bad. Expensive tho

Here is my version:

Demon can come in later in the game after other creatures have eaten removal. I've never had a problem with him taking up space because there are only two in the deck, plus Dark Ritual gets him in by turn six at least.

Tainted Sigil is only in SB for multiplayer.

I don't like creature enchantments in general but they go in the SB against removal weak decks because they would provide a huge benefit on the Demon, Crypt Rats, or the Doll.

Purists > Urza's Armor. For same total mana cost (after leveling once), the Purists also protect my creatures.
