Yeah, but it provides mana to a lot of activated abilities from my creatures, so it's worth it.

Might I ask why this is called Pomegranate?

I think the only COMPLETELY beneficial use of AM in a deck so far has been in Wumps's Zo-Zu EDH. This comes close though. I wonder how a red/green(/blue?) combo deck would work using AM, LftL, and Seismic Assault. Throw in some other stuff around that a d you could have a pretty nifty deck.

This reminds me I really need to stop being lazy and upload the stuff I've been working on.

You end the turn before the action to exile the dragon you found takes effect. So you can find and play any dragon in the deck for 4 mana, it will have haste, and it just sticks around....being a dragon.

Hey everyone. I contacted the admins about Solarmovies and they're going to take care of it. He's already been marked as a troll, so his comments are automatically hidden. If you don't read them (click to expand) it shouldn't redirect you. The comments will be deleted soon as a secondary precaution, but until then, be careful not to read them.

Thanks everybody! Keep smiling =]

I'll be honest, to this day I don't know why it's called Nic Fit.

I like the set up you have here though. I also have to say, I'm surprised by how appealing Toxic Deluge is for the niche it fits into.

Yeah I'm still trying to figure out who would be fun to use. She's a top contender though.

Lurking or not it's good to see ya buddy =]

If it's what I'm thinking of then it's a miniseries. In other news, I really want to make at least one EDH deck using one of the new generals from the Khans block, but I've been so bored by Khans that I'm not even that familiar with the new legends. It's been a while since I've built a new EDH though...

Any suggestions?

Oddly enough Algol in any context fits the bill. There's the Lovecraftian Algol, of course, but there is also a super villain named Algol and a star in the constellation Cassiopeia named Algol that is often referred to as "The Demon Star" because of its very strange cannibalistic nature.

Quality over quantity my friend. These cards all MEAN something to you...In my book, that's more important.

DarkStage Pox...Something about it makes me wince. It works, beautifully, but it feels so "non-Pox" if that makes any sense.

I love the full set of Chalice, and the Sideboard/Wishboard is great too. Three Chains is a nightmare I never want to deal with.

I dunno, I love the design of the whole thing, I just have this feeling like it's thumbing your nose at the gods of Pox hahaha.

Oh, and why Peat Bog?

That is weird, but I'll tell you from experience, running two charms in the SB is awesome.

Hrmmm...I might have to try out running just one Crucible in my list and see how it goes. The question then becomes what to put in that new slot...

You might also have a point about the Lake. I'm curious to see how removing it could effect the deck. For one thing, it would lower the strain on Crucible, which would in turn lessen the need for two even further. It would also mean the ability to run a new/different land, which is huge. You've given me a lot to think about.

I think the better question is, which of us is "good"?

I can dig it.

EDIT: Alright, did some tests and I think I like the changes I came up with. I think it was the Lake's absence that was bugging me, but I think it was also that you still run the Snow-Covered Swamp -- Something I greatly overlooked as far as its uses go. I think I subconsciously knew I should have kept it in. Occam's Razor my friend.

Hehehe 6 Sultai Charms in the sideboard.

Blind Obedience with both Orbs is such a brutal lockdown. It does mean you can only run one Crucible, which in any other Extraction deck I wouldn't mind, but in Iso-Seek I prefer having that extra one to ensure I can comfortably run a high Stax count. I usually try to go up to three soot counters, but one game I went up to five and watched my opponent squirm.

I can't really put my finger on why, but your land base bugs me. I seriously can't tell you what it is...and I think that bugs me even more haha. I will say that you should seriously consider running at least two Ghost Quarters. I was skeptical of running two GQs and just one Wasteland, but it has been working out amazingly well. The deck lends itself to it so well, and often you'll essentially be running two "stripmines"...and that's just mean.

I really like the spell suite. It flows very nicely. Again it's one of those things where I don't think one or the other is 'better', but more so each fits our slightly different styles. It's very interesting =]

Last thing is I'm curious about the Dark Tutalage in the SB.
