i haven't read up on any Turbofog decks, but I do know that there're a decent amount of stall-like spells... Here they are! I wasn't sure how to win, so I thought, "Luminarch Ascension!". I'm sure they're better ways, but I can't think of any right now.

I've got a TurboFog player in my group, dam it's an annoying deck type... That being said, you're missing key cards. Firstly, you need to get Howling Mine and Font of Mythos. These two get you more 'fogs' in hand and if you include cards like Reliquary Tower, you get to keep those fogs for longer. The extra draw also provides an alternate win condition- mill, because your opponent draws off the artifacts affects first, they'll end up drawing their library before you (assuming they start on 60 cards). As a safty precaustion, you could add Elixir of Imortality (or similar) to suffle back your fogs. Biggest flaw I've seen in TurboFog decks is lack of defence against direct damage (fogs only stops creature damage). I suggest adding life gain cards to your sideboard for that.
