Add enchantment Curiosity. Equip to Niv-Mizzet general and then combo to win. Curiosity says may draw a card therefore you can win with general damage
there's also orphan's eye/ the soulbound guy lol
Be careful now general damage is combat damage only so his draw card pings don't count. However it still is a great card for him

Think about a (Mycosynth lattice and vandalblast) will be good in this deck with your (Hellkite Tyran) if you do put two artefact land in your deck (Mirrodin set)Dont put (Elixir of...) if you already have (Kozilek...).Good deck !(see my Niv-mizzet, the Infinity EDH for some idea's and questions)
