I drafted with Gatecrash a few weeks ago, and won a few rounds with Deathculr Rogue and Hands of binding. So I decided to make a deck out of it.
First you want to play a creature, preferably Loiter Il-Kor. Then place a Diplomatic Immunity on it, which can be found by transmuting Dimir Infiltrator. Then put cipher cards on it. A good synergy here is Dimir Infiltrator and Midnight Recovery. This allows you to bring back Dimir Infiltrator to your hand and transmute every turn to find important cards like Diplomatic Immunity, Hands of Binding, Doom Blade, and Counterspell.
