This deck involves using only artifacts and artifact creatures. The main idea is it is a deck that wins by doing damage with artifacts that you can make more powerful by attatching artifacts to the creatures and by using any other artifacts with good effects that can benefit you and affect the other player in a way that is good for you!

Oh my god! Why didn't I see that! That would be amazing if the card was going to be legal for longer!
And try to run 4 sets of okay creatures even if you are doing budget. A deck with more consistency is much better in the long run. Make your dream deck here!
To be fair this has a mix of different creatures each with different abilities to help you. This is basically an average deck that isn't overpriced and can still be good if used right. If I could put any other creatures in this I would have Scouting doom engine and Soul of new Phyrexia!
And they may not be extremely powerful to begin with but that is why there are artifacts to give them all a boost in power toughness and give them more abilities!
