Decided to challenge myself; Build only decks that remain below $15, contain no rares, CMC 3 or below, no SB and could be used at a FNM with moderate success. Here is the BLUE version, Fast one drops that are pretty evasive, Aqueous Form for some filter, Ordeal for some buffs and card draw, some bounce to delay you opponent. This a slower style of play than the other Hyper Budget Decks.
Ideal play is Raptor into Familiar into Omenspeaker/Buff/Bounce, just slowly grind you opponent down.

Yea, thit deck can beat something that are slower, non agro. I also build deck on this creatures, also Vaporkin, metropolis sprite, and if there is no anti air defence in opponents hand it wins.
