I have made a bold prediction to friends the Dictate of Heliod is going to be amazing in Standard; I have been play-testing lately and I absolutely love it! Have you tried the ordeal offs?
Actually most of my Hyper Budget Decks utilize the Ordeals, they are deceptively good in a heroic build that pumps counters. with all those enchantments im curious why you dont add ethereal armor..
