It is really aggressive with the infect but doesn't seem to have any answers to opponents permanents.May I suggest removing the "Instill Infection" since it is a 4 mana -1/-1 and draw as well as the "Whispering Specter"s since that is a 3 mana 1/1 discard on a stick that only triggers when it hits the opponent and thus is very exposed to single target removal.Instead how about using "Black Sun Zenith" as a field wipe or "Core Prowler" as a creature with proliferate on a stick or "Dismember"/"Grasp of Darkness" as a single target creature removal since most creatures wont be above 5/4 or "Go For the Throat" as a single target creature removal since it would only be useless against an artifact creature deck or "Trigon of Corruption" since its recurring infect creature ping for mana or "Virulent Wound" since it is infect creature pin that can cause poison if it executes.Also I love how you only used cards from the Scars block (with the exception of "Elixir of Immortality") very thematic and I am a sucker for theme :3

Thanks :P i cant believe i forgot core prowler, i make these kind of decks a lot but i always put at least one elixir in every deck... its a bit of a pet card
