There's a few really good creatures that have P/T = */* and much token love. Having black with G/W adds a few really good cards, Pack Rat, Golgari Charm, and the ultimate Thoughtseize.
Thoughtseize for a turn one play easily removes their earliest play or if it's control there are plenty of ways you can allow the tokens to play around it. The few things to watch out for are return effects like Cyclonic Rift, removal like the annoying Bile Blight or Detention Sphere that will decimate all your tokens. The deck focuses around midrange, Trostani allows for some pretty intense lifegain making Underworld Connections and Thoughtseize totally viable. There are little to no answers to fliers like Stormbreath, but Druid's Deliverance and Selesnya charm are your best hope. Overwhelm the opponent with massive numbers both in creature and power and toughness to win.
