Why not make this deck standard? It clearly has that potential. I would think about spreading seas, journeys to nowhere and oblivion rings to add some defense, in many cases chump blockers just isn't enough. Check out my deck for some ideas. Love the use of selective memory by the way, its the first instance I've seen a good use for it. http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=43775

I don't like the solo goblin guide as one of your differences from the actual deck. It doesn't add much as you usually want it to be a first turn hitter. I also don't like your choice of removing oblivion rings in replacement for path to exiles. While they may be better journey to nowheres, oblivion ring is extremely powerful and many times it is more useful to remove any permanent rather than a creature. Lastly, no Ajanis? Lightning helix can save you and planeswalkers always give card advantage. I think he also saved LSV a couple times during PT so you may want to reconsider some of these things
so, does this deck fail against a creatureless deck?
Interesting idea, but I think that would be more of a sideboard card if i had reason to worry about my life, but because i don't think that you'll be losing that much life, I don't think its necessary.
Unbender tine is much better than galvanic key. Very suprised i see no ornithopters maindeck, they are a great way to increase your affinity. Same thing for Frogmites and Mycosynth Golem. I also think that thopter foundry is better than soul foundry and pest engine, but thats just my opinion. Not really sure if you have enough lands. Lastly, open the vaults is a great artifact card. For other ideas, check out my artifact deck : http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=44834
I'm not sure you have enough lands here. 22 is a fine number, but with 4 fetches that cuts down the lands in your library. Just something to think about. POnders and Brave the elements wouldn't hurt either.
No Terra eternal maindeck? I also thing that creeping tar pit and raging ravines are the better of the manlands. I don't really like vastwood zendikon (not enough bang for your buck and i don't think guardian does too much for you either.
I think you're trying to do too much here. You'll get overrun early in the game because you won't have the kind of defense you need I haven't found the cannonist to be too useful, but you could prove me wrong. Look at your mana curve on the right and you'll see that its too heavy. Whispersilk also seems unnecessary with the amount of power creature that you have. Look at my deck for some ideas: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=44834
any reason for jace beleren? odd choice. Other than that, not bad.
I think you need more counterspells and you also have too many colors, the only reason you're running red is for Nicol Bolas. which of course could be produced by your lotus cobras, bops and crumbling necropoli. The brainbite and unsummon combo seems like too much work to just get rid of a creature, why not just use the things in your sideboard (terminate / doomblade)
GREAT DECK!
Oh and btw this isn't standard
One great effect you might want to think about is claws of valakut. Putting that on your nova chaser would be amazing
Khalni Garden would also work really well w/ polymorph and works really well w/ zendikons. just another thing to think about
thanks. And you know, I never really thought about that. I like unscythe a lot, but in many cases it can be better to go for the basilisk collar or behemoth sledge unscythe is extremely powerful, but risky.

This was my version: http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=44431
I feel like this deck has too many heavy drops that one counterspell would ruin. For example Avenger, Masters and Garruk. It could be just me, but thats what i see. What I also wish I saw were khalni gardens, and possibly arbor elves. Khalni heart expedition works great w/ harrow, but this deck is just lacking something. Lastly 4 walking atlas is too many for a card that dies out after a turn or two.
In case i didn't explain enough, it looks like your deck is more about vampires than bloodchief ascension
Brain eater is right. I would also run 4 pulse trackers and no quietus spikes. check out my version for some ideas http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=44341
