Looks good but i would had in some more equipments or an enchantment that lets you search for an equipment.

In addition to what hipponox and skutemob65 posted, with that many plains in the deck maybe included 1 or 2 -->Emeria, the Sky Ruin<---. Just in case critters are being removed too quick.
I dont see the best Equipment printed in here, Umezawa's Jitte.... especially on a Double Strike creature to get 4 Counters... damn
