I like it. Its a good type 2 build. Idk how well that would hold up in tourney's though. Especially with bant allies ruling the field. Time Sieve builds would fuck this up too but other than that it's pretty good. Check out my mill decks. Neither are type 2 but they work.

With Eldrazi, mill can easily be countered by sideboarding any of the legendary eldrazi. I'd suggest running relic of progenitus to counter the anti-mill.
