idk heartmender does the job. i dont see why you need chainbreaker or clockspinning; heartmender and quillspike are good enough. id suggest some terimorphic expanse or the blue green sac land, too, they would help if your brainstorm gets bad cards because you just put the cards on top then shuffle them back in. also id add some fabricate to get the smokestack out.
Try a Cruciple of the Worlds in combination with Smokestack. There is also a green card which allows you to play as many lands per turn as you want. So what you can do is get smokestack with Cruciple and that card out you could put as many Soot counters on smokestack and just replay all your lands.
