It's a pretty straight forward type of deck. You combo of of the tap down sPellston and Harbinger of the tides to bounce your opponents creatures back, locking their board state while building your board with noyan dar and all your lands. Back up lock outs are crush of tentacles and planar outburst to maintain board presence even after locking it out. Displacement wave is used in the agrroom match up. Throwing out those nasty filthy hobbits's before they sneak by.
