a well built deck but if you add quicksilver fountain there isnt any reason for aquitects will.
looks like you don't understand it foubntain costs 3 (too slow) it's an artifact(can be removed) i don't get the drawpower that aquitects add and aquitect is a merfolk what lets me tap a creature with reejerey and stuff like that
