Take out the Altar's Reap. It really only helps if you have expendable creatures. Otherwise you're just trading two cards and two mana for two more cards. You can put in two Nighthawks and two swamps. Or.......... you can put in more Artifacts ;-)

My greatest fear with this deck is not getting what I need when I need it. The Altar's Reap is in the deck to thin it out. I'm considering taking it out, but I have not lost yet...
OK, that's understandable. This deck actually looks pretty fun to play. I'm really interested in how you keep winning. If you lose, please tell me what deck it was and why you felt you lost. But not if it was because of too much land or too little.
I usually go 2-1, I win when I flip the chalice or when I get a flying Lich.
