I am currently working on an exalted B/W deck as well. May I suggest taking out two of your Nefarox, he's a legendary and using four really seems like it will slow you down a bit too much. In those two empty spots, you can use an Oblivion ring or some other form of helpful removal since they are cheaper to play than Ole' Neffie. Also if your into black destruction spells, bonesplinters can be used in place of the vile rebirths, and you wont be adding another costly destruction spell.

great deck but lose the vile rebirth and add Angelic Benediction x1 and x1 swamp
Looks awesome, I really exalted (i have a bant exalted with knotvine paladin) maybe consider adding tainted strike? then you only need to do 10 dam and because your tormented soul is unblockable it might be easy to do.
