If you can't tell by the name, this deck is all about blinking creatures. So, thus, there are a LOT of ETB effects. Also, cards like Conjurer's Closet, Deadeye Navigator, and Ghostly Flicker make creatures (other than commanders) you take with Rubinia yours permanently, thus allowing you to untap her.
Little bit of control in there to help you build up, along with some creature tutors. This deck can work one of three ways. You either ramp really quick and drop something HUGE onto the field. You blink your creatures to cause devastation to your opponents. Or you steal your opponents creatures and make them yours for good. In all honesty, this deck can be truly nasty.
