Using only Mirran block and M12 cards, I made a White Weenie deck for use in standard. I only used cards that I owned at first, but eventually decided to buy a Sun Titan ($5) and some Honor of the Pures (1.50 each) to supe it up. I've considered splashing blue, but have decided to leave it as just white for now. The whole idea of this deck is to tie up your opponents with cards like Pacifism and Gideon's Lawkeeper before overrunning them with hordes of white soldiers and the like. The killing power is primarily in using Honor of the Pure or Guardians' Pledge to buff the Leonin Skyhunters, Armored Warhorse, and Serra Angels. The Sun Titan allows you to get any dead creature or artifact back except for the Serra Angels. Suture Priest and Grand Abolisher are there to impede the opponents from doing exactly what they want to, and Suture Priest allows for frequent life gain for you too. If the game takes a while, use Phyrexian Unlife to prolong yourself (unless you're playing against infect, of course) and Phyrexian Rebirth can create an unexpected win condition if the game goes long enough.
