This deck is a Simic inspired deck. Almost all of the cards are from gatecrash and most creatures in this deck have evolve.
How I would play with this deck is I would first, try to get out basic creatures that deal with +1/+1 counters. Then, get out more fearsome creatures , such as Shipbreaker Kraken and Nimbus Swimmer. If you can do Kiora's -7 ability, that's a win for you
