It seems to me like alot of your cards aren't focused on your main idea of milling your opponet.... like soratami cloudskater doesn't really fit..... i would take out soratami, soaring seacliff (why do u need flying? its a mill deck), Air elemental, Phantom Warrior, Cloud Sprite. Also i'm confused as to why you have so many cards that make you draw? You might mill yourself out! So, i would take out some of the cards that aren't going to your goal and add cards like counterspells and cards to protect you.....

If u draw with like 2 jaces erasure out you get a big bonus if you are drawing multiple cards.
O.K i understand some of that but you should still get rid of soratami cloudskater, soaring seacliff and some others.... Add a card or two like Wall of frost so you have to block with rather than attacking with 2/2's
