I was going to do Naya allies at first. I ended up making Abzan though. I think splashing green for Collected Company is is just insane to have instant speed Rally triggers. The problem with that is that you can't really run anything over 3 CMC and all the R/W allies are over 3. But, I think this list is fine. I would probably use 1 more Lantern Scouts instead of Mikindi Patrol. Lifelink can just put a game way out of reach for your opponent.

The reason people run blue with Splinter Twin is to help setup to initate the combo with counterspells and cantrips. Not to mention Exarch and Pestermite having flash to bring in EoT, then slap on Splinter Twin on your turn.
