It was difficult. Very difficult. But I do believe that I have managed to make Goat Tribal work. It had to be blended with a pillow fort deck, but it's as true to the theme as I could manage.
In the beginning of the game, use Wall of Omens and goats from Springjack Pasture and Trading Post to keep you safe while you pile up enchantments. Once you feel that you have enough devotion, pop a Shepherd or two and try to make your goat horde as large as possible. Pathbreaker Ibex, the big boy goat, guarantees a win when you swing out. If you're facing a boardwipe or dangerously low health, Vigil for the Lost+ Springjack Pasture can give you a huge amount of life. The sideboard is mainly for slightly tweaking the deck to your liking and speeding it up if need be.
