Start the game with cards like Rakdos Cackler and Sickle Ripper+Fists of the Demigod, kill everything with Puncture Bolt and Puncture Blast and win with Fists of the Demigod and Ashenmoor Gouger.My budget decks are supposed to let you have fun! Which is what i think MtG should be about, i try to make theese decks as competitive as possible while still leting you to have a blast while playing them. If you can make your friends to spend around 50$ you could buy 2-3(some of my decks are under 10$) of my decks and make the experience even richer! Also don't just copy the whole deck(you can), if you have better idea pls let me know, i can't always make the perfect deck and sideboard. Again GL and HF!
