Hope you get to draw a Burning Vengeance, if you do enjoy the fireworks.Most spells will have a great effect both when you play them and when you flash them back cause the flashback cost increase will be balanced out with the 2 damage from Burning Vengeance. Runic Repetition is also a need and helps you make the game go long enough or short enough, depends on what you need.My budget decks are supposed to let you have fun! Which is what i think MtG should be about, i try to make these decks as competitive as possible while still leting you to have a blast while playing them. If you can make your friends to spend around 50$ you could buy 2-4(some of my decks are under 10$) of my decks and make the experience even richer! Also don't just copy the whole deck(you can, but if you can improve something DO IT!), if you have a better idea pls let me know, i can't always make the perfect deck and sideboard. Again GL and HF!
