Idk about it, especially about the mana base, it's hard to make a good version of a 2K deck for 80 bucks...NTOTE: What do i cut for lingering souls? and do I even play it?Shit worth talking about:Bloodgift Demon: This is here to replace Bob and lili and tasigur, it's here to give card advantage which will be much needed to win the game if you end up facing a deck with a similar goal as yours e.g. control or mid.Phyrexian Arena: a better bob replacement but it's 8 bucks and it costs 3 mana and most of the time this is not what you want to play at 3.Siege Rhino, Vampire Nighthawk, Dreg Mangler: Just one word ok? VALUE!Thragtusk: sure, the ones above are really good but Thrag here is REALLY REALLY good! And yes it dies to bolt but would you paly bolt if it gave your opponent a 3/3 and gave em 5 life?Pack Rat: This isn't hearthstone and you will draw lands late game, lands you don't need, this is here to make that downside into and upside.
Midrange works like this, you get rid of their best spell/just use discard then you try to stick a really good threat on curve and keep your opponent under pressure with more good threats and removal for their really good threats, all the while drawing cards. This deck does just that...NOTE: Try to die to burn with this, it's hard, it's even harder if you have finks (36 bucks for a set)My budget decks are supposed to let you have fun! Which is what i think MtG should be about, i try to make these decks as competitive as possible while still letting you to have a blast while playing them. I DON'T and WON'T make them cheaper as that would make them absolute shit, these decks are REAL budget decks in that they are cheap decks that can be played in their respective formats to at least some success. Also don't just copy the whole deck(you can, but if you can improve something DO IT!), if you have a better idea pls let me know, i can't always make the perfect deck and sideboard. Again GL and HF!
