Deck Description

Felt like making 25 (or more) starter budget decks. These are meant to get new players into the respective guild/clan/shard/color.
This is a basic Izzet control deck that wants to survive the early game, cast a dragon or 2 in the mid and wipe and win in the late game.

Shit worth talking about:
Melek, Izzet Paragon: So here's a list of spells that become absolutely insane with him:
Turn // Burn: kills 2 things
Lightning Bolt: 6 dmg for 1 mana, and people though regular Lightning Bolt was value
Jace's Ingenuity: 6 cards, SIX CARDS!
Izzet Charm; 4 damage, counter unless pays 4, draw 4 dis 4!
Mizzium Mortars: you can wipe the board 2 times or just 2 for one them easily.
Also Melek makes it so you got 1 more card in hand as long as it is an instant or a sorcery.

Counterflux: if you ever go up against a storm deck with your 30$ casual deck you'll be good.

Hypersonic Dragon: don't know about you, but I want Mizzium Mortars at instant speed.

Lightning Bolt: i know how much it is and i know that lightning strike exists but bolt is bolt and will be treated that way!

How to Play

WIN!
Know when you can and when you can not tap out, know when you can afford to attack, know when to counter and when to hold back and know when to kill and you'll win.

My budget decks are supposed to let you have fun! Which is what i think MtG should be about, i try to make these decks as competitive as possible while still leting you to have a blast while playing them. If you can make your friends to spend around 50$ you could buy 2-4(some of my decks are under 10$)And some are over 50) of my decks and make the experience even richer! Also don't just copy the whole deck(you can, but if you can improve something DO IT!), if you have a better idea pls let me know, i can't always make the perfect deck and sideboard. Again GL and HF!
