The mana curve, honestly, is pretty wonky. On turn three you have a two blue and one colorless Dissolve, and a two black and one colorless Downfall, and a two red and one colorless Anger of the Gods. Ultimately turn three, being able to play anything, even with shock lands (which are gonna hurt after some time, especially running read the bones and thoughtseize on top of them) and scry lands, is pretty impossible due to the strictness of color. You could try to limit the mana base to B/R Control/Mid-Range so you can still run mogis and would also definitely stream line the mana curve but you could also turn your main board cards into spells that require only one of a specific mana.

I would seriously consider dropping the Blue altogether. Here's why:

- You don't gain all that much from blue that you couldn't find better or equivalent solutions in R/B to.
- Your only blue cards are: Izzet Charm, Far/away, Divination, Dissolve. Apart from Izzet Charm all of those are questionable picks even in mono blue devotion (people play those cards because there aren't better alternatives or because they fit better).
- Look up what standard decks people are running and see what you actually need to respond to. Archetypes like Red Aggro, Monoblue/monoblack Devotion, R/G Aggro are big right now and you can respond to all the things you need to in those decks with red/black staples.

I'm going to disagree, but for one reason, and he hasn't put it in yet. Whelming Wave, from the spoilers. Looks great and I love it.

But yeah besides that burn and kill spells would do juuust fine.

Not enough creatures. This leave you open. The draw card is the best card in the deck. Other than that not much going for it.

This deck doesn't have any way to win other than two Mogis... two detention spheres mean that you lose since you have no way to beat a resolved detention sphere.

Youbring up a good point. So how does this deck have so many like. It gets smokes by most decks out there. I just don't get it. There is so much more problems than that though. Play this deck against real people and you will see what I mean.

The burn in this deck seems far to weak to win, you have very little defense aside from your burns/kill spells, and Mogis can't even animate.
Seems like both speed decks and control decks would have little problems beating this. Try ridding the spells and do a more creature based theme.

As a start, I'd suggest Young Pyromancers or maybe Guttersnipes.

Hey! I like the deck! not sure about havoc festival though (you would probably die from your own thought seizes before mogis's damage would end your opponent). I have a similar mogis control deck but using white instead of blue as the last color. If you would check it out and tell me what you think that would be awesome!
