Deck Description

Incorporating existing infect decks with Blue Green infect.

I have tried to make it 3 colors (BUG) but found i would not use one color majority of the time.

Deck discussion for GU Infect

for one you should definitely REPLACE flight w/ distortion strike, strictly better, for i gets 2 more poisin counters in ther and gets around flying too!!

oh ya i have tested infect for months, and dont even try control/ infect, replace turn to frog w/ swiftfoots, and i dont know, replace corrupted resolve w/ tumble magnet, it stops their creatures and makes yours unblock ible. theres no room for control. i garauntee it. trust me.

The turn to frog wasn't really for control as much as to turn that attacker into a 1/1 target when i had virulent wound. and since your playing with poison, corrupted resolve is there to stop them from removing your creatures. Haven't played out this one since i changed it but when it was BUG, it rocked in casual play. not so much in standard play. still debating on returning it to BUG.

Well I like the deck overall, especially that it's blue and green. I don't see that very much unfortunately. What I think you need for this are some larger creatures and draw cards. Nothing in your deck is over 2 mana, which definitely means you'll be able to play everything very soon, but also means it won't last too long. Tezzeret's Gambit will give you draw and proliferation for more poison counters. I'd probably replace 2 ponders with those. You could take out the Titanic growth and put in giant growth, it's a little bit more efficient. I believe Phyrexian Swarmlord may be one of the best infect creatures for late game, because it let's you swarm your opponent and also isn't terrible as a 4/4. Putrefax is another large creature you may consider. It's trample make's it very formiddable. You could probably take out the plague myr and put two of each of those cards in. This may allow you to be stable late game.
Inexorable tide could be a good sideboard card against control decks, because then all you have to do is cast a creature. Even if it gets taken off the field you can proliferate. With so many cheap cards in the deck it wouldn't be too hard.

Swarmloard is good for late game but hands down, Phyrexian Obliterator is probably the best infect creature for mid to late game. A 5/5 for 4B and Trample with "Whenever a source deals damage to Phyrexian Obliterator, that source's controller sacrifices that many permanents", I wish i had 4 of those. Had this as BUG at first. May make a new BUG.

Swarmlord is 6 mana and i do not have mana ramp. If i did, i would consider that.

Tezzerets gambit is good but the cost may be too high. I would have to play that one out to see.

Giant Growth will be phasing out when inistraad kicks off. Or i would happily have those in there. I agree, so much better than Titanic growth.

Inexorable tide is hot but my deck has no mana ramp so it would have to be cast on or around turn 5. By turn 5 they should be dead. if not then i am in trouble.

Putrefax. again with the 5 mana and no ramp. A combo i would consider is putrefax and sundial of the infinite. Not quite sure of the ruling with Putrefax and Sundial of the infinite. the question being if on the next turn and i am not using the sundial, will i have to sac it. or will i have to keep sundialing every turn to use it.

I do have some bigger creatures in the sideboard but as i said i would either need to play test this or find someone else to play test this.

may make an infect with mana ramp.
