Deck discussion for Shaman Extended

shaman do rock dont they?
well, this is pretty solid, in my opiniont brimstone mage is kinda slow, so maybe take that out. also, you can never go worng with lightning bolt in a red deck... thrun is a really nice bomb, but in my experience, non tribal in a tribal deck can be annoying. Basalisk collar is also not really understood here.

I dont have alot of expeirence with lorwyn, so my advice could be bullshit.....

what about vengevine, even if it doesn't fit the rest of the deck, it is so amazing with fauna, that its creature type is kinda irrevelant. (just an idea)

if he has a low enough curve to play 2 spells, and if his entire house is made out of gold, then yes, i would put in vengvine.
