When Arena came out of closed beta, I played a MonoBlue Tempo variant that utilized Psychic Corrosion for mill. I took that concept and tweeked it a little for the Pioneer cardpool. This is what I came up with.
Triton Shorestalker is in the deck as an unblockable threat and highest potential target for Curious Obsession.The next best target is Spectral Sailor because of its flying evasion. It's also a relevant card because it can draw you cards later in the game, and your deck wants you to draw cards.Reconnaissance Mission is sort of redundant but works really well when it's stacked with a Curious Obsession or two.Chasm Skulker, Nadir Kraken, and Ominous Seas are your main payoffs for drawing cards. The tokens they create perform well with Mission as well.Contentious Plan draws you a card and also proliferates Chasm Skulker, Nadir Kraken, and Ominous Seas.Censor and Neutralize are cycleable protection pieces. If you don't need them, cycle them for a draw trigger.Magic Mirror is for a mid-late game draw engine.Memorial to Genius is for when you can't seem to find a draw spell.
