This is a blue/black control deck which uses Kefnet and Torment of Hailfire as its main win conditions and Hostile Deserts as its secondary win con.The Torment win con is helped by the Primal Amulet, especially after flipping to primal wellspring.THIS Deck is made for post Kaladesh rotation out,so far there are better options than this,but not knowing what will come in the second expqnsion of Ixalan and in Dominaria this is a safe deck that could work.
Use Kefnet,Hostile Deserts and Torment of Hailfire as your main dmg outcome.Probably Torments 1 and 2 will be either for board wipe or hand disruption and the 3rd one when less cards will be on opponents hand and less permanents on the field,will deal lethal dmg.Try flipping azcanta early in the game since it will help finding counters or removals in time and the torments for the final blow.A kefnet win is tricky since it requires having 7 cards in hand to attack or block so it depends on the matchup and how well the cards treat you ;-)
