Calculate if you can win with your opening hand in the first two or three turns.If you can, you win the game of course, if you can't, try mulligan to 6 or 5 and if you still have bad luck just try to make something of it. 7 mana + charbelcher is win and playing a couple of spells and then empty the warrens is also a win.
