Basically get the knights out have knight exemplar boost up then if need be kill all with day of judgment and do it over again. any suggestions?

As cool as Student of Warfare is, I personally prefer White Knight because of "Protection from Black" :p
I would have to agree with ghost, white knight goes in side.

you will want 4 student of warfare, they are that good and you already have mirran crusader with pro black, student is faster and more powerful lategame too
This looks like a nice solid (for standard) knight deck. There's nothing I can think of to make it better.

Student of warfare is a x4 for sure. Most importantly Because its a 3/3 first strike on turn 2. Also Because its a 1 drop. And on top of that, it adds flexibility for you throughout the course of any game. I agree with you on the white knights effectiveness. Its not the card I would consider trading for student either. I would personally sideboard all 4 leonin skyhunters, then sub them in for the white knights if you need. Black doesn't put much in the air anyways. Should never be a problem for you. 4 Day of judgement is too much. Its too heavily dependent on knight exemplar. Your lands are way too low for the current build. You have no 1 drops, and 20 is almost too little for any deck. Emeria is pointless, it requires 8 lands be in play. Even in a 24 land deck, its effect wont happen until about 13-14 turns in.
i wouldn't have the leonin skyhunters in side. that seems like a waste of a sideboard to me. the side should be things that will win you certain matchups. 4 DOJ is too much. 2 at most and have 2 more in side. and emeria IS pointless in this deck. add more plains. -4 white knight +4 Student of Warfare -3 Emeria, the sky ruin -2 DOJ +5 Plains

you cant go wrong with sun titan, he can recurr most of the cards in your deck; you could also add in signal pest and/or contested war zone for added power in the early game. Personally I run a mono-white Knight deck with 4 Mirran Crusader's and I've gotta say my favorite equipment for them is Barbed Battlegear. The ability to turn your 2/2 with doublestrike into a 6/1 with doublestrike for so little mana is CRAZY and it can't be touched by black kills although you do have to look out for red burn. My suggestion: sideboard a couple of em. And even if you are playing against red, if you can get out enough Honor of the Pures or a Knight Exemplar, Barbed Battlegear can still be pretty safe against burn :)
I would run 3 Stoneforge and two equips... Sword of Feast and Famine is amazing, and the Lifestaff is relevent vs Boros. 4 White Knights on the SB, along with 4 Celestial Purge, 3 Leyline of Sanctity, and some artifact hate. I would also run ~6 fetchlands for control matchups
