I like the theme to this deck, some suggestions I have are taking out the savage lands, if you dont have the the third color getting mana screwed is pretty unlikely. Second there are some good interactions with sacrificing your persist creatures, but you dont have a way to sacrifice them. If you had a Bloodthrone Vampire you could sac a persist creature (puppeteer clique for example) boost the vampire, and the quillspike and get whatever they have in the graveyard for one big swing.

I agree with faceplant...if you add Murderous Redcap and Phyrexian Altar you's have a second infinite combo. I also suggest running Rite of Consuption to fling the infinitely large Quillspike at your opponent.
